Our Programs

  • We offer several programs for homeowners in Salisbury and Rowan County. See if you qualify for our Urgent Repair Program (URP), Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Program (ESFR), CDBG Major Rehabilitation Program, or any other service.

  • Through our partner agency, Prosperity Unlimited, we offer homebuyer education workshops, credit counseling, delinquency and foreclosure prevention, and other services.

    We also offer down-payment assistance to first-time homebuyers.

  • We partner with the City of Salisbury and other local partners for neighborhood development, including new home construction and other special projects.
